Information we collect
When you send an availability request, we collect the home you are interested in, requested dates, guest numbers, your name and email address, and any optional phone number or message you provide.
The website sends a validated enquiry to us by email and does not save a separate enquiry record in the WordPress database. To limit abuse, it temporarily stores an attempt count linked to a one-way identifier derived from the visitor’s IP address for up to 15 minutes.
Our website, hosting provider and security tools may also process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and interaction or behavioural data used to identify spam or abuse.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and discuss availability or a possible stay.
- To communicate about a booking that you choose to make.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

The website enquiry form does not collect payment-card details. Please do not place payment-card information, identity documents, health information, children’s personal details or other sensitive information in the message field. We do not sell or rent the personal information submitted through the form, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing.
Service providers and external websites
We use service providers to host, secure and deliver the website and its messages. These include Hostinger for website infrastructure, content delivery and email services, and CleanTalk for anti-spam and website-security checks. Our website links to Airbnb, Instagram and Facebook. If you follow those links, the destination service controls the information it collects under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and its infrastructure may use a Hostinger CDN security cookie, browser local or session storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for security, spam prevention, performance and basic site operation. We do not use the website to serve targeted advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to answer you, manage booking-related communication, protect the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Security and hosting providers may keep technical logs for their own limited operational and security periods.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future use, subject to information that we must retain for legal or legitimate operational reasons. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred, and it may mean that we cannot continue answering an enquiry.

Children
The enquiry form is intended for adults arranging accommodation. Please do not submit a child’s name, contact details or other personal information; guest numbers are sufficient.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards and legal obligations.
